Greater Merseyside Learning Providers Federation (GMLPF)
GMPLF are a body providing support to training providers in the North West, catering specifically to Liverpool and the surrounding areas. Their online presence has grown since the creation of their website, but GMLPF wanted to reach more young people, the target audience of the training providers they support. Their online searchable directory of training across Merseyside, Mapped Out, specifically needed more visits from young people. We advised that an Adwords campaign would best suit their needs, allowing highly targeted adverts to be shown to those already searching for something like Mapped Out.
The benefits were noticed almost immediately, and within 2 months GMLPF’s total traffic levels had doubled. We took the fixed budget for this campaign and optimised the data to ensure the campaign is as profitable as can be, making changes to keywords and adverts to ensure the visitors were engaged and relevant. Each month, key metrics have been tracked to ensure users are finding the site useful, including bounce rates and page dwell times.
This work has allowed the ‘Mapped Out’ training directory to be easy to find when searched for, backing up other marketing campaigns to ensure maximum benefit. The campaign has also increased brand awareness for the product, and has allowed GMLPF to very quickly get the product in front of its target audience.
